1. Identification of the data controller
1.1. This Cookie Policy applies to the website https://www.clubedolagohotel.pt/ and is provided by Saboia Residence, Lda., legal entity no. 516172948, with registered office at Rua da Moeda, 4, 1200-275 Lisbon, hereinafter referred to as “Clube do Lago Hotel” or the “Data Controller”.

2. What are cookies
2.1. Cookies are small text files or equivalent technologies that may be stored on the user’s terminal equipment when they visit a website.
2.2. Cookies allow, among other functions, the technical operation of the website to be ensured, certain preferences to be remembered, the use of content to be measured and, where authorised by the user, analyses to be carried out or personalised content to be displayed.

4.1. Clube do Lago Hotel uses or may use the following categories of cookies, and the actual configuration of the website must correspond to the updated technical inventory provided for in clause 5:
