Receptionist / Tournant

Main tasks:

  • Checking reservations and room allocation
  • Supporting the check-in procedure
  • Closing the day and checking entries and accounts
  • Supervision of facilities
  • Reporting

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in the area (Hotel Reception)
  • Advanced level of English, spoken and written, other languages will be valued.
  • Knowledge of Hospitality software – Newhotel
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction orientation.

 

Multi-skilled maintenance technician

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the Hotel
  • Support for consumption control.
  • Carry out repairs.
  • Support the activities carried out by external companies.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English is valued
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Customer satisfaction orientation.
